Level4 is in Search of a Lead Generation Specialist

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and supporting the Business Development Manager.

This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to develop new prospective customers from multiple sources including lead lists, LinkedIn, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!


Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Contacting and qualifying prospective clients
  • Completing prospect profiles in the CRM
  • Scheduling appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Developing new prospective customers via telephone and email
  • Keeping complete and accurate CRM database records on prospective accounts and contacts
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications
  • Working with the Business Development Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline
  • Building and managing the lead development pipeline
  • Tactfully and courteously interfacing with customers in order to build strong business relationships


Required experience and knowledge:

  • 1-3 years’ experience generating leads over the phone for a professional services or technology company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: Salary Plus Unlimited Monthly Commission.
