Position Description

Level4 is in Search of a Tier 1 Support Technician

We are looking for a Technician who will be equally excited about our vision and is eager to hit the ground running and support us in its execution.

As a Tier 1 Technician you will be the first point of contact for answering inbound calls and responding to ticket inquires. In addition, you will filter help desk calls and provide basic troubleshooting and general inquiry resolution assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position, Weekdays from 8am to 5pm.

What Expertise Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 1-year IT help desk/support experience
  • Completion of a professionally recognized certification
  • Trouble shooting experience with networks, Windows OS and MS Office Software
  • High school diploma
  • A valid driver’s license
