Position Description

At Level4 Technologies we take our client’s IT service to the next level, we have been taking the stress out of IT management for over 30 years and combine established best practices with an evolving understanding of technology to implement the best possible solutions for our customers. We are looking for a Technician who will be equally excited about our vision and is eager to hit the ground running and support us in its execution.

The successful candidate will join the Client Experience Team and together you are the “Air Traffic Controllers” for Service at Level4. Your sense of humour and clear concise communication will help you handling service issues that our clients face. Your abilities to organize, listen, prioritize and manage time will be second only to your exceptional personality and sense of care.

The Client Experience Team works alongside the Service Manager to review service level metrics, client feedback and be a part of implementing change. Being the first line of communication with our clients when they contact us, whether by phone or digital communication is the core of this position. Assisting in the scheduling of the Service Team, knowing every detail of who is where, why and when will become your obsession!

Your creativity, basic computer knowledge and customer service experience will be the foundation for your success in this role. Our environment is fast paced, but helping us with your keen listening skills, ability to stay afloat under pressure, and prioritization will help us to make the world a more joyous place by eliminating the stress people feel at work whenever they interact with technology. This is a full-time position, weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
